Cenacle Close
When approached by my client to help re-invigorate her family's Hampstead Pied a Terre, it was a real thrill as it's not often you get a detached 70's build in London, let alone one designed by one of Hampstead's sought after architects of the 70's, Ted Levy.
Well loved, we helped bring this property into contemporary times, whilst retaining as much of the clean lines and character as possible. Timber clad ceilings and natural brass railings were retained, but tired flooring, bathrooms and kitchens where fully renovated.
Designed for rental, the client was keen to ensure the property did not have a standard soul-less aesthetic, but should reflect the location very close to Hampstead Heath and surrounded by greenery.
